About Shannon
Shannon is our most seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of experience as a full-time Realtor. As a veteran of the industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge, strong expertise, and meticulous attention to detail to every transaction, ensuring her clients receive trusted guidance from start to finish.
For more than 20 years, she has partnered with Mike Tighe, forming a dynamic team whose collaborative approach and proven results set them apart in the marketplace. Their long-standing partnership allows them to deliver a seamless, client-focused experience that is both strategic and highly personalized.
She holds a degree in Paralegal Studies and is currently pursuing courses toward her Broker License, further strengthening her legal and contractual expertise. She is actively involved in the real estate community, serving on the PAR Professional Standards Committee, and has previously served on the Finance and Community Service Committees of the Greater Scranton Board of Realtors.
She is a lifelong resident of the Lackawanna Trail School District and has deep roots in the community she serves. She and her husband, Eric, live in Nicholson Township, where they are raising their three children. Her local knowledge, combined with decades of professional experience, allows her to provide clients with valuable insight into the area’s neighborhoods, schools, and market trends.
